James “Jimmy” Matilda Oden, 75, of Beaufort, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Carteret Health Care of Morehead City.
She is survived by her daughter, Danielle Oden of Beaufort; four grandchildren, Ioshua Oden of Beaufort; Jayla Murray of Greensboro; Charles Carter III of Elizabeth City; Kenndyl Carter of Beaufort; three sisters, Syliva Oden of Wilmington; Pearlie Oden of Beaufort, Catherine Nolen of Beaufort.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Julia Ellison and brother, Robert Oden.
A Funeral Service will be held 12:00 PM on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Beaufort, NC.Condolences and life tributes may be sent to the family at www.justcremations.net
